​An Associate Professor in Nursing Leadership, served as Clinical Nursing, and Community Health Nursing Departments' chair in University of Jordan and in AlFarabi Colleges, Saudi Arbia. Published papers in peer-reviewed Journals in Nursing and in Health over the past 18 years. Had previous clinical experience in Jordan University Hospital, King Hussien Cancer Center, and in USA. Planned and provided several workshops in Nursing and in health for more than 18 years. Supervising students' research theses in healthcare leadership and quality improvement Master program at University of Jordan.​
