​Dr. Maen F. Nsour received a Ph.D. in public policy/political economy from George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia, USA. He attended George Mason University as a Thomas Jefferson Fellow – a full scholarship awarded through the US Government. In 2010 George Mason University granted him the Alumni of the Year Award. Dr. Nsour received a Master of Science degree in management from the University of Jordan. Dr. Nsour received a B.Sc. in civil engineering with a concentration on projects management from the University of New Haven in Connecticut, USA. Dr. Nsour is currently President and CEO of the Arab Potash Company (APC) since April 23, 2019.​
