​.Professor Zaid Al Bitar is Dean of the School of Dentistry at The University of Jordan, Head of the Dentistry Unit at Jordan University Hospital, and Professor of Orthodontics. He is a graduate of The University of Jordan and completed his postgraduate orthodontic training at the Eastman Dental Institute, University College London, where he earned his Master’s degree in Orthodontics. He holds Membership in Orthodontics from the Royal College of Surgeons of England, awarded with the British Orthodontic Society Gold Medal, and was later elected Fellow of the Faculty of Dentistry of the Royal College of Surgeons of Ireland (Ad Eundem) in recognition of outstanding contributions to dentistry.
