This MSC dissertation passed the viva with minor corrections. The dissertation focused on studying employees' satisfaction through the work from home (WFH) settings during COVID 19. The dissertation considered the moderating role of transformational leadership on the relationship between WFH and employee satisfaction. Student Name: Ola Azayzeh.  Dissertation title: Human Resource Management Practices and Innovative Work Behavior: Harmonious Passion as a Mediator in Telecommunications Companies in Jordan. This dissertation received minor corrections and looked at the role of various HRM practices in promoting innovative work behavior. The viva took place at the school of business at the University of Jordan in May 2023. The student is currently working on publishing a research paper from her dissertation under the supervision of Dr. Motasem Thneibat. The viva committee included: Dr. Bandar Abu Tayeh (external examiner), Prof. Samer Dahiyat (internal examiner), Dr. Rima Al Hassan (internal examiner), and Dr. Motasem Thneibat (supervisor and head of examination committee).
