​Motasem Thneibat is an Associate Professor of HRM and Innovation Management. He obtained his PhD from University of Bradford - School of Management. He holds a BSc in Civil Engineering from the University of Jordan. His research interests is focused on the area of HRM, innovation management, innovative work behaviour, rewards, performance management and psychology at work.
