Mr. Nassar leads and develops the Human Capital functions of Healthcare, Hospitality and Real Estate, the three main sectors across the Mohamed & Obaid AlMulla Group. He provides overall direction to maximise the human resource potential of the Group in alignment with its organisational aim and develops strategic functional KPIs and objectives for the Group’s employees.

Mr. Nassar’s dynamic track record is powered by his vital contributions in Group HR Strategy, HR Transformation Programs, Change Management, and many more allied functions.
