Our Health Promotion for Physical Activity Research Group leverages interdisciplinary expertise and institutional support to advance research on physical activity and population health. Our work is strengthened through partnerships with schools, community organizations, and public health agencies, enabling the design and evaluation of evidence-based interventions.

The group utilizes validated survey instruments, qualitative methods, and secondary data sources, supported by the university’s research infrastructure and ethics review processes. We also have access to physical activity monitors (Axivity).
