Dr. Zeid J. Khitan, MD, FACP, FASN, FISN is a Professor of Medicine and Chief of the Nephrology Section at Joan C. Edwards School of Medicine, Marshall University, where he also serves as the Director of the J. Robert Prichard Dialysis Center. He has held various academic and clinical leadership roles since joining the faculty in 2001. Dr. Khitan earned his medical degree from Jordan University School of Medicine and completed his nephrology fellowship at Oklahoma University Health Sciences Center. Dr. Khitan has extensive experience in clinical nephrology and medical education.
