The intensive program focused on strengthening academic writing and research development skills, including academic publishing strategies, effective manuscript structuring, responding to reviewers’ comments, grant writing, and the responsible use of artificial intelligence in research. The training aimed to enhance publication readiness and build sustainable research capacity among early-career researchers.
