Dr. Rimal Mousa, Prof Ibrahim Alabbadi and Prof Eman Hamad contributed to a committee formed by the Pharmacists Association Council, on behalf of the President and their Council members, to analyze the actuarial study of the Pharmacists Association’s Retirement and Disability Fund. The discussions focused on:

✅ Evaluating the fund’s financial sustainability

✅ Identifying key challenges and opportunities

✅ Proposing strategic recommendations for long-term stability

This effort culminated in a workshop held at the Dead Sea (12/5-6/2025), titled “The Retirement and Social Security Fund in the Jordan Pharmacists Association.” The workshop resulted in critical recommendations to be presented to the General Assembly, shaping the future of retirement and disability benefits for pharmacists in Jordan.
