I have been working on research projects involving external collaborators from the industry and other universities. I have also been a consultant for many organizations in Jordan and KSA. My research interests include, but not limited to, Strategic Management, Human Resource Management, Entrepreneurship, Knowledge Management, Innovation, Corporate Social Responsibility, Culture, and Organizational Behavior (Leadership). Moreover, I have a strong interest in consulting, training and other activities to serve the society and community.
Throughout my academic life, I have had a great experience of lecturing, training, and research. I have a wide exposure to different research problems, a proven understanding of Strategic Management, Human Resource Management, and Entrepreneurship issues; accordingly, a good research track record in the fields of Management. I am confident that my teaching experience and my research interests make me an ideal candidate for the position you have. I have a strong interest in continuous teaching, learning and research. I have been involved in teaching Management subjects at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels, supervising Master and PhD students, course coordination, material development (to comply with the Jordanian Higher Education and the AACSB Criteria), assessing, mentoring and coaching students and ensuring the compliance with the academic, regulatory and operational health and safety guidelines.
Working as a lecturer equipped me with the ability to deal with different people from different educational levels and backgrounds; whereas, being a consultant at The Royal Jordanian National Defense College, has allowed me to be able to deal with many people from different ethnic backgrounds and to lead them through their learning experience inside and outside the college Not only will my teaching experience be of value to your department, but also my research interests.​
