She holds a PhD in irrigation management and in the treatment and reuse of wastewater using surface and sub-surface wetlands (University of Jordan).Her research focuses on modern irrigation systems, on-farm water-use efficiency and productivity, treated wastewater reuse, and water and wastewater treatment.
