Dr. Taleb S. A. Odeh is an Associate Professor of Geosciences at The Hashemite University, where he specializes in GIS, remote sensing, and geospatial analysis. A graduate of TU Freiberg in Germany, Dr. Odeh has over two decades of academic and professional experience, with a strong focus on leveraging geospatial technologies to address critical environmental and water resource challenges. Throughout his career, Dr. Odeh has been deeply concerned about the sustainable management of water resources, emphasizing their critical role in urban growth, climate adaptation, and ecological conservation. His research integrates cutting-edge geospatial tools to tackle pressing issues related to water availability, quality, and distribution, particularly in arid and semi-arid regions.
