Ihab Alazzam is a dedicated civil and environmental engineer with a robust academic and professional background. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (2018) and a Master’s in Water and Environmental Engineering (2021) from the University of Jordan, where he excelled with high honours. Currently, Ihab is pursuing a Ph.D. in Fluid Mechanics and Environmental Engineering at the Doctoral School of Engineering Sciences: Mechanics, Physics, Micro and Nanoelectronics ED 353, Aix Marseille University, CNRS, ´ Ecole Centrale M´ editerran´ ee, IRPHE, France. With fluid mechanics, water resource management, and sustainability expertise, Ihab’s research integrates innovative approaches to environmental challenges. His recent publication on rainwater and fog harvesting using solar panels exemplifies his focus on sustainable solutions. Professionally, Ihab has served as a Project Engineer specializing in life-support infrastructure for military and coalition forces. There, he oversaw the development of fully operational compounds with essential facilities like water treatment plants and sustainable infrastructure. His technical skills include proficiency in AutoCAD, ANSYS, Python, and hydrologic modelling, complemented by his ability to manage teams and projects effectively.
