​Dr. Haidar Ibrahim Zaza is an Associate Professor of Educational Psychology/Measurement and Evaluation. His current research interests include data analytics,  Edu & Psychological Measurement and evaluation issues, educational psychology challenges, scaling, and Item Response Theory (IRT) applications. Dr. Zaza received his B.A. degree in Educational Sciences from The University of Jordan (1997), along with MS and Ph.D. degrees in Measurement and Evaluation from The University of Jordan (2000 and 2006, respectively). He has led multiple local and regional projects, published +30 papers in reputable journals, and possesses over a decade of experience in measurement and evaluation research, service, and development. Dr. Zaza has also served as the Head of the Educational Psychology Department and Director of the Educational Research Program at The University of Jordan.​
