Dr. Eman Al Khalaf is an Associate Professor at the University of Jordan in the Department of English Language and Literature. She earned her Ph.D. in Linguistics from the University of Delaware in 2015, with a dissertation focused on coordination and linear order. Dr. Al Khalaf has held various academic positions, including Assistant Professor at the University of Jordan and Research Assistant at the University of Delaware. Her research spans topics such as syntax, coordination, and cross-linguistic comparisons, with numerous publications in leading linguistics journals. She also actively contributes to academic service, currently leading the MA and Ph.D. Linguistics programs at the University of Jordan and serving on multiple academic committees. In addition to her teaching and research, Dr. Al Khalaf regularly delivers invited talks and workshops, focusing on linguistics and the use of technology in education.
