Dr. Yazan Alshamaileh is a Professor at the King Abdullah II School for Information Technology at the University of Jordan. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems from Mu'tah University in Jordan, a Master’s degree in Business Information Technology from Northumbria University in the United Kingdom, and a Ph.D. in e-Business from Newcastle University in the United Kingdom. His extensive research on consumer behavior and ICT innovations has received over 1,000 citations in prestigious international journals, highlighting his significant influence in this field.


Professor Alshamaileh's research encompasses electronic systems, including E-Commerce, E-Decision, E-Government, E-Health, and Social Networks, exploring their transformative impact on organizations and societies.
