Dr. Omar Abu Ghalyoun participated as part of a specialized academic delegation in a visit to the National Center for Examinations and Educational Evaluation in Cairo. The visit aimed to explore leading institutional experiences in the development of educational measurement and evaluation systems. It included familiarization with the mechanisms for preparing national examinations, building question banks, and implementing electronic assessment systems, in addition to reviewing practices related to the use of modern technologies and artificial intelligence to enhance the quality and reliability of assessment. This visit also provided an opportunity to exchange expertise with specialists and to explore areas of collaboration and the potential to benefit from regional experiences in developing student evaluation systems that align with the requirements of digital transformation in education.
