​Member of the National Team for Capacity Building in Designing and Implementing Impact Evaluation Studies (an initiative of the Queen Rania Al Abdullah Foundation and led by Howard White, a senior researcher at the Centre for Research and Evaluation in the United Kingdom. Previously, he was the CEO of the Campbell Collaboration and was also the founding Executive Director of the International Initiative for Impact Evaluation.​​
