Prof.. Adnan Al-Doulat is an accomplished academic and professional in the field of science curricula and teaching. He currently works as a professor in the Department of Curricula and Teaching/University of Jordan. He obtained his PhD in Curricula and Teaching from the University of Jordan in (2005). His research focused on science teaching strategies, science teacher qualification, analysis and evaluation of science curricula and books for different levels, and the use of technology in science teaching. He participated in many local, regional and international conferences. His previous education included a Bachelor's degree in Physics and a Diploma in Science Teaching Methods from Yarmouk University in (1981), and a Master's degree in Science Teaching Methods from the University of Jordan in (2001).

Dr. Adnan Al-Doulat has a strong background in civilian and military academic circles, before joining the University of Jordan in (2005) where he was appointed as a full-time lecturer and was promoted to the rank of professor (2018). Dr. Adnan Al-Doulat worked for twenty-five years in the military sector, responsible for archiving projects, preserving data and files, using them electronically, and military curricula..During his academic career, he taught many courses at the bachelor's, master's, and doctoral levels. Dr. Adnan Al-Doulat moved between Hashemite University and Nizzwa University in the Sultanate of Oman as a sepatical Dr. Adnan Al-Douat has completed many researches in  Arab and foreign journals and has three published books and three in print in cooperation with a number of colleagues. He has supervised and discussed dozens of master's theses and PhD thesesHe works as a reviewer  for many refereed journals, and promotion requests for many regional universities.He held many administrative positions in the military institution, the last of which was Head of the Archiving Division in the Jordanian Armed Forces. He worked as a project manager for archiving human resources files at the University of Jordan for a year and also worked as an assistant to the Dean of the Faculty of Educational Sciences and then as a deputy dean for several years between (2007-2015). He worked in many committees at the university, college, department and Ministry of Education .He received many letters of thanks from the university president and the dean of the college in return for volunteer and official work for the benefit of the university and the college.He received many local and international medals during his service in the Jordanian Armed Forces before engaging in academic work at the University of Jordan.​
