Dr. El-Shara presented a study at this conference. This study aimed at investigating the students of (11-14) years olds beliefs about teaching and learning mathematics, using the qualitative method. (364) male and female students participated in the study, they were distributed in 5th grades up to 8th (68, 91, 139, 66) respectively. The results showed that the students of the fifth and sixth grades Believe that mathematics is fun, and some of them believe that it is difficult and boring, while the students of the seventh and eighth grades Believe that mathematics is complicated, and learning requires focus.
