Our work explores how educational leaders—including teachers, principals, faculty members, and policymakers—can respond effectively to complex challenges such as digital transformation, educational inequity, and leadership in times of crisis. We investigate leadership practices that are contextually grounded, ethically guided, and oriented toward future-readiness.
