Teacherpreneurship and innovation

My conference paper explores teacherpreneurship as a pathway for innovation that begins in the classroom and extends beyond it, positioning teachers as designers, problem-solvers, and change agents rather than mere implementers of policy. Drawing on classroom-based innovation, the paper shows how everyday teaching practices can evolve into scalable ideas, initiatives, and leadership actions that contribute to school improvement and educational transformation. Ultimately, it reframes innovation as a grounded, practitioner-led process rooted in teachers’ professional judgment and contextual knowledge.
