​​Dr. Tamara Mousa attended the wrokshop entitled "National Food Consumption Surveys (FCS) in Eastern Mediterranean Region" online that was arranged by the WHO. ​This broadened her knowledge about evaluating food consumption and food waste accurately, which in turn assist in measuring the precise level of food security or insecurity.​
