An associate professor of business economics at the University of Jordan, and a member of Climate Change and Sustainability Policy Project (CLIMASP-Tempus) and Sustainable Development, Community of Practice (TEMPUS-RUCAS), The University of Jordan-WTO Chair Committee, Jordan Environment Society/ Amman- Jordan, Jordan Society for Scientific Research (JSSR), UNCTAD Virtual Institute on Trade and Development, and International Honor Society in Economics -Omicron Delta Epsilon Membership-USA. I obtained my PhD from Colorado State University, and have >30 publications on business economics and climate change.
Research interests: international economics and finance, foreign direct , investment (FDI), international production theory, monetary policy and BOP, women employment and international trade, renewable energy, climate change and sustainability, Time series analysis, structural breaks, international trade policy and social welfare (renewable energy, environmental economics, and climate change), and exchange rate system and the trade barriers.
