​Dr. Mahmoud Abdallat is an Associate Professor in the Department of Special Surgery at The University of Jordan’s School of Medicine. He specializes in neurosurgery and has completed advanced training in Canada. As a consultant neurosurgeon at the University of Jordan Hospital, Dr. Abdallat has contributed to pioneering medical procedures and research in neurosurgical techniques and patient outcomes.
His research explores various aspects of neurosurgery, including the prevalence of body dysmorphic disorder among Jordanian adults with dermatologic and cosmetic concerns. He has actively published in peer-reviewed journals and is engaged in advancing clinical and academic excellence at the university.​
