Conducted as a qualitative study, it examines the experiences of practitioners working in the field of social work, aiming to identify key difficulties they encounter and the factors that impact their professional effectiveness.

    The research provides insights to inform policy, training, and support mechanisms for social workers, contributing to more effective social intervention practices and enhancing the overall quality of social services.​
