​Dr. Enas Baher AlDabbas is a political science academic and researcher specializing in comparative politics, democracy, and women’s issues in political systems. She holds a Ph.D. in Political Science and a Master’s degree in Diplomatic and International Studies from the Prince Al Hussein bin Abdullah II School of International Studies and Political Science at the University of Jordan. Her academic work aims to deepen the understanding of democratic transitions, with a particular focus on women’s empowerment in the political sphere.​
