The University of Jordan Cystic Fibrosis Research Group (UJ-CF Research Group) held an Achievement Review Meeting as part of the University of Jordan's Phase Two process for monitoring and evaluating research groups.
The meeting was held with Professor Dr. Faleh Sawair, Vice President for Accreditation, Global Rankings, and Sustainability at the University of Jordan, in the presence of Dr. Adam Amawi, Assistant Dean for Research Collaboration at the Deanship of Scientific Research, and Dr. Laila Tutunaji, Research Groups Liaison from the School of Medicine.
During the meeting, the UJ-CF Research Group presented a comprehensive review of its achievements and progress in accordance with the approved evaluation criteria. Discussions addressed internal communication and governance, clarity and evolution of the research plan, submitted and ongoing research proposals, funding activities, published and ongoing research outputs, member participation and ethical authorship standards, as well as updates to the group's website and outreach activities.
The meeting provided a valuable platform for constructive feedback, reflection on accomplishments, and alignment on future directions to further strengthen the group's research impact and institutional visibility.
