​​​A knowledge hub was established through a letter of agreement (LOA) with FAO to work on water productivity empowerment using open source data and remote sensing (WaPOR). The hub started its activities on 16 Feb. by an intensive training course in GIS and remote sensing for trainees from MWI, MOA, JVA, MOA-Palestine. the LOA will extend for 18 months with different workshops and training sessions on developed tools through UOJ and partners from FAO-HQ, IWMI and IHE-Delft
