Dr. Maha ELbeltagy is the group's principal investigator. She was graduated from the University of Nottingham, UK. her specialty is Neuroscience.

She supervises undergraduate and postgraduate medical students' research projects. 

She has won many research prizes from The University of Nottingham and The University of Jordan. 

Her interest is now in Cancer, Chemotherapy, Neurogenesis, Animal behavior, Hippocampus, and memory.
