Assistant Professor of Public Law at the School of Law, University of Jordan. His research focuses on international criminal law, particularly state responsibility, universal jurisdiction, and mechanisms to address accountability gaps in international practice. Beyond academia, he has served as Assistant Counsellor at the Legislation and Opinion Bureau, a member of the Government Coordination Team for Human Rights, and a member of the Hosting Committee for International Organizations and Arab Federations in Jordan.​
