​تمت دعوة الدكتور علي العتوم ليكون المتحدث الرئيسي بصفته عضوًا في اللجنة الاستشارية الدولية خلال فعاليات المؤتمر الدولي الثامن للطب الفيزيائي وإعادة التأهيل، الذي يُعقد في العاصمة الإماراتية أبوظبي. وتأتي هذه المشاركة لتؤكد الدور البارز للدكتور العتوم في دعم مسيرة التطوير والابتكار في مجال إعادة التأهيل والطب الفيزيائي على المستوى الدولي.
