حضرت د.روان الهرش الاجتماع الافتتاحي لمنظمة الصحة العالمية في إطار برنامج المساواة الصحية للإعاقة (Disability Health Equity)، ممثلةً عن منظمة Cochrane. 

دافعت د.روان الهرش عبر مداخلاتها عن سياسات شاملة تعترف باحتياجات الأفراد المتأثرين بالحروب والنزاعات وتعمل على معالجتها، داعيةً إلى دمج هذه الفئة في توصيات الشبكة وأطرها الاستراتيجية.

كما شارك أعضاء آخرون من كوكرين لإعادة التأهيل في الاجتماع عبر الإنترنت، مما عزّز التزام Cochrane Rehab​ بالتعاون العالمي والمساواة في مجال إعادة التأهيل.

يندرج هذا الاجتماع ضمن الأهداف الأساسية للمجموعةحيث نعتبر المساواة الصحية حقًا أساسيًا من حقوق الإنسان، ونسعى جاهدين للدفاع عنه وتحويله إلى واقع للجميع.​

Dr. Rawan AlHeresh attended the opening meeting of the World Health Organization within the framework of the Disability Health Equity program, representing Cochrane.

Through her interventions, Dr. AlHeresh advocated for inclusive policies that recognize and address the needs of individuals affected by wars and conflicts, calling for their integration into the network’s recommendations and strategic frameworks.

Other members of Cochrane Rehabilitation also joined the meeting online, reinforcing Cochrane Rehab’s commitment to global collaboration and equity in rehabilitation.

This meeting falls within the core objectives of the group, as we consider health equity a fundamental human right and strive diligently to defend it and turn it into a reality for all.​
