​Alissar Melhem is a dedicated researcher and a former Validation Specialist at Ultra Medica Pharmaceutical Industries, with expertise in bioinformatics, pharmaceutical research, and development. Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Bioinformatics at the Syrian Virtual University, she combines her knowledge of biostatistics, artificial intelligence, and data mining to enhance scientific research methodologies. With a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Chemistry from Damascus University, Alissar has contributed to various projects, including process validation, risk analyses, and research-oriented improvements in pharmaceutical processes. Her proficiency in multiple languages and technical skills, such as Python and advanced Microsoft Office, coupled with her experience in team collaborations, underscores her commitment to advancing pharmaceutical research and innovation.​
