The Fintech for Sustainable Development research group aims to raise awareness among scholars, policy makers and financial institutions on the strategic role that fintech could play in addressing the financing challenges of the sustainable development agenda including the role of fintech in:
1. improving financial inclusion of underserved groups (low-income citizens and SMEs),
2. building resilient infrastructure (e.g. energy),
3. fostering innovation (small holder agriculture, sustainable and land use),
