• Agreed research line, authorship/CRediT policy, and SOP roadmap (ISO lighting, spectrophotometry, data pipeline).

• 12-month plan finalized: one in-vitro study (preheated “chameleon” composites), one observational cohort (smoking modality and tooth shade), and one peri-implant RCT concept (healing abutments and mucosal color).

• Education deliverables set: OSCE colorimetry stations and student calibration workshops.​
