Our research group, Bibliometrics, a collaborative initiative aimed at advancing the field of bibliometric studies and fostering interdisciplinary research. This group brings together a diverse team of elite researchers from Jordan as well as from around the globe, each contributing unique expertise and innovative perspectives to this endeavor.
Our Bibliometric Research Group is proud to initiate a strategic partnership with The Jordan Society for Scientific Research (JSSR)—a premier institution dedicated to advancing excellence in social science research and scholarly communication. This collaboration represents a significant milestone in our commitment to enhancing bibliometric analyses and elevating research impact initiatives.
The group has also partnered with the Duke University Bibliometrics & Research Impact Office. This collaboration marks a significant step forward in advancing bibliometric and research impact initiatives.
Through this partnership, we aim to leverage the expertise and tools provided by Duke University’s distinguished Medical Center Library & Archives, which specializes in compiling and analyzing publication metrics. Together, we will work on projects tailored to the unique needs of our research community, from co-authorship network analyses to faculty productivity evaluations and beyond.
The partnership will also provide access to advanced tools such as Scopus, Web of Science, VOS Viewer, and Tableau, ensuring state-of-the-art data analysis and visualization for our projects. This collaboration will enrich our methodologies, strengthen our capacity for network analysis and benchmarking, and allow us to deliver comprehensive, actionable insights to our stakeholders.
We extend our gratitude to Duke University for their commitment to excellence in bibliometric services. Together, we look forward to setting new standards in research impact evaluation and contributing to a deeper understanding of academic productivity and influence.
In addition to these distinguished scholars, we are fortunate to have the invaluable support and involvement of expert librarians from leading institutions, including Stanford University and Boston University. Their profound knowledge of bibliographic databases, information systems, and advanced research methodologies serves as a cornerstone for the group’s success. These partnerships exemplify our commitment to integrating academic rigor with practical insights to address pressing challenges in bibliometrics.
Through this initiative, we aim to push the boundaries of bibliometric analysis, exploring new methodologies, applications, and implications across various domains of research. The collective expertise within the group underscores our vision to become a global leader in the bibliometric landscape, driving innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
