​Dr. Ahmad M. A. Malkawi has been an assistant professor at The University of Jordan's Department of Mechatronics Engineering since 2019. From 2020 until 2022, he was the Deanship of Scientific Research's assistant dean for Journals and Computer. Since 2022, he has served as the Deanship of Scientific Research's assistant dean for Computing and Management. His research interests are Power Electronics and Drive, Renewable energy, Smart Grid, Microgrid/Nanogrid, and Hybrid energy storage systems.​
