Prof. Lina Dahabiyeh, was awarded the Samia Mango Award for Distinguished Female Researcher in Health Sciences for 2024, in recognition of her outstanding achievements and contributions to scientific research.

In her speech on behalf of the awardees, Dr. Dahabiyeh expressed her pride in receiving the honor, emphasizing that the award serves as an inspiration to continue the journey of research and scientific contribution, and reflects a deep belief in the power of science to address societal challenges and provide practical solutions.

The Hamdi Mango Center for Scientific Research at the University of Jordan celebrated the winners of the “Ali Mango" and “Mrs. Samia Mango" Awards for Distinguished Researchers in Jordan for 2024, during a ceremony held under the patronage of the Chairman of the University's Board of Trustees, Dr. Adnan Badran, and attended by the University President, Dr. Nathir Obeidat.​
