Dr. Faten Obeidat, Winner of the Science and Sustainability Award!

Dr. Faten Obeidat, a member of the Balance Assessment and Rehabilitation research group, has been awarded the UK Science and Sustainability Award by the British Council in Jordan. This prestigious recognition is for her significant contributions to various health projects approved by the Ministry of Health, particularly in expanding and evaluating Jordan's newborn hearing screening program. Her ​efforts align with global initiatives advocating for early intervention in infants at risk of hearing loss.

Dr. Obeidat has also made notable advancements in her research on balance disorders in patients with Ménière’s disease, aiming to diagnose them better.
