Dr. Mohmmad Al-Qaisi is an Associate Professor at the Department of Animal Production at the University of Jordan, where he has served since 2019. He received his Ph.D. in Animal Science from Iowa State University, Iowa, USA. Dr. Al-Qaisi specializes in livestock management, with a focus on dairy cattle management. His research investigates the effects of various stressors, including heat stress, on farm animals' productivity, postabsorptive metabolism, and inflammation. He is dedicated to developing nutritional management strategies to alleviate the adverse impacts of heat stress and other challenges such as feed restriction, weaning, and transportation, aiming to enhance animal welfare and performance.​
