Dr. Andrea Cupp is an Honorary Professor at the Department of Animal Production at the University of Jordan since 2023 and a Professor at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, USA since 2001. She holds a Ph.D. in Animal Science from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Dr. Cupp's research focuses on female infertility caused by androgen excess, the potential of heifer pubertal classifications as indicators of female reproductive longevity, and the roles of Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor (VEGFA) isoforms in gonadal morphogenesis and function. Additionally, she investigates the differentiation of granulosa and theca cells into luteal cells and the formation of the corpus luteum (CL), contributing to advancements in reproductive biology.
