Malak Ishaq Al-Qaisi has received a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering (Maintenance Engineering and Quality Management) from the University of Jordan. She works as a biomedical engineering in a private hospital. 

Her research interests include machine learning in healthcare, statistics, supply chain, and maintenance management.​
