​​​​Dr. Hamzah Al-Mawali is an Associate Professor of Accounting at The University of Jordan. He holds a PhD in Accounting Information Systems from the University of Sciences, Malaysia. With extensive experience in both Jordanian and Emirati universities, Dr. Al-Mawali has conducted extensive research in strategic management accounting, environmental and sustainability accounting, and auditing. He has published numerous articles in top-tier journals such as the Journal of Financial Reporting and Accounting, Competitiveness Review, Sustainability Accounting, Management and Policy Journal, and Journal of Open Innovation: Technology, Market, and Complexity. He has also presented his research at various international conferences. Dr. Al-Mawali is passionate about integrating advanced technologies in forensic accounting and auditing, aiming to enhance educational methodologies and industry practices. He is actively involved in consulting, training, and community service, contributing significantly to the academic and professional accounting communities.
