Dr. Sharif Naser Makhadmeh is an accomplished Assistant Professor and Researcher with a Ph.D. in Artificial Intelligence and Software Engineering from Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM). Currently, Dr. Sharif is a full-time lecturer at the University of Jordan. With extensive experience in academia and research, Dr. Sharif has taught a wide range of courses at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels at various institutions, including the University of Jordan, University of Petra, and Ajman University. His research focuses on Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Optimization, and Data Science, with over 75 publications in Q1 and Q2 Scopus-indexed journals and several patents to his name.

Dr. Sharif has been involved in numerous research grants, both as Principal Investigator (PI) and Co-Investigator (Co-I), with a total budget exceeding $50,000. He has also served on various committees, including the development of new academic programs and organizing conferences and workshops. His work has been widely cited, with over 2,100 citations and an h-index of 28 on Google Scholar.

Dr. Sharif has received several awards, including the Best Researcher Award from the University of Petra (2023) and the Best Ph.D. Thesis Award from USM (2020). His goal is to excel in his field and positively impact as many people as possible through his work in AI and education.
