She is a visual artist that holds Bachelor degree of Fine Arts and Master degree of painting from Academy of Arts, University of Novi Sad. She also received her Ph.D. in painting studies from the Faculty of Fine Arts in Belgrade, University of Belgrade. Gala is a member of several international art institutions as well as organizer of Gala International Symposium of Art, Novi Sad in Srbia. Member of the Jury of Biennale Venice for country Serbia, and organizer of Serbian month of art and culture, Art Hub, Abu Dhabi, UAE.​
