Mr. Tsikhlakis holds a BS degree in Biology from the University of Miami and a Masters degree in Food Science and Technology from the University of Jordan and a Milling Engineering degree from the Swiss School of Milling at St. Gallen , and has acquired additional expertise in Commodity Price Management, Grain Marketing and Export, Wheat Grading and Inspection (US Department of Agriculture), Grain Storage and Handling (US Wheat Associates) and Commodity Price Management (Chicago Board of Trade). 

Founder, Chief Executive Officer, and Chairman of Good Harvest Investment Company. Good Harvest Investment Co. owns and operates a bakery and a chain of Bistro & Bakery cafes under the brand name "Crumz".Chairman of the Union of Grain Millers Cooperative in Jordan and a member of the ​Jordanian Nutrition Higher Council. 

Vice Chairman of the Tourism Sector Skills Council 

Served as a member of the Board of Directors of the IAOM (International Association of Operative Millers) – Middle East and East Africa District and member of the educational committee. 

Served on the board of directors of GAIN (Global Alliance for Improved Nutrition and on the Executive management team of FFI (Flour Fortification Initiative).
