Earned my Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Food Processing from Al-Balqa Applied University, where I developed a solid understanding of food science and its applications in improving both health and industry. I am now continuing my academic path with a Master’s degree in Food Science and Technology at the University of Jordan, where I am working on deepening my knowledge and developing my research skills in this field. Alongside my studies, I work as a supervisor at a dispatch center for a towing company. This role has helped me grow in areas that go beyond science, such as leadership, problem-solving, and organization. It also taught me how to communicate effectively and manage responsibilities in a fast-moving work environment. Outside of academics and work, I enjoy spending my time on the arts, especially drawing and painting. Creating art allows me to express myself in different ways and adds balance to my life, giving me space to be creative while also pursuing my scientific interests. Looking ahead, I hope to combine my educational background, research, and work experience to contribute to the field of food science in meaningful ways. My goal is to explore innovative and practical applications that not only support better health but also encourage sustainability for the future.
