The Deanship of Scientific Research at the University of Jordan launched today a new system for the Dirasat Journal issued by the Deanship, to facilitate and simplify the procedures for scientific research.
University’s President Dr. Nazir Obeidat said that it is a good step forward and an actual demand for faculty members and researchers at the university.
Obeidat added that this achievement is a confirmation of the university's interest in scientific research and its quest for improvement in various aspects, in addition to being a way to improve the university's position and raise its rank in international rankings.
The Dean of Scientific Research, Dr. Faleh Al-Sawair, indicated that the new Dirasat Journal system has been renovated, starting from the process of submitting the research until its acceptance and publication.
The system is distinguished, according to Al-Sawair, in that it supports the indexing of Dirasat journal within international databases such as (Scopus) and (ISI). It also helps in increasing the number of citations for research published in the journal.
